The Access ID is an alphanumeric code created by the user for identification purposes, it must be 6-12 characters in length and include at least 1 number and 1 letter. The Access ID will be related to your Customer Number and will allow the user to view all accounts related to the Customer Number.
The password is an alphanumeric code that only you should know. The code must be 6-12 characters in length and include at least 1 number and 1 letter.
